Jan. 29 - Aruba 8am-7pm Jan. 30 - Curacao 7am-2pm Jan. 31 - Grenada 12pm-7pm Feb. 01 - Dominica 7am-4pm (2nd Formal Night?) Feb. 02 - St Thomas 8am-4pm (or will this be the 2nd Formal Night?) Feb. 03 - Grand Turk 1pm-7pm (late departure, so... unlikely?) Feb. 04 - Sea Day (last night, so... unlikely?)
suekel Posted May 19, 2018 #2 Share Posted May 19, 2018 Probably the 28th and the 2nd
paul929207 Posted May 19, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 19, 2018 most likely the 27th and the 2nd. Your putting the days on the same line is confusing. So take the answers with a grain of salt. Check the Patter when you board. It will have the schedule for the cruise.
skynight Posted May 19, 2018 #4 Share Posted May 19, 2018 Jan. 26 - SailawayJan. 27 - Sea Day (1st Formal Night?) Never a formal nightJan. 28 - Sea Day (or will this be the 1st Formal Night?) Probably yes Jan. 29 - Aruba 8am-7pm Jan. 30 - Curacao 7am-2pm Jan. 31 - Grenada 12pm-7pm Feb. 01 - Dominica 7am-4pm (2nd Formal Night?) Maybe Feb. 02 - St Thomas 8am-4pm (or will this be the 2nd Formal Night?) Maybe Feb. 03 - Grand Turk 1pm-7pm (late departure, so... unlikely?) No Feb. 04 - Sea Day (last night, so... unlikely?) Never clothing is already packed and removed from cabin. See above.
canadarocks Posted May 19, 2018 Author #5 Share Posted May 19, 2018 Sorry about my confusing beginning of the post. It should read: Jan. 26 - Sail Away Jan. 27 - Sea Day Jan. 28 - Sea Day the rest is all correct. Is the 1st Formal Night usually on the first sea day or on the second? floridalover5623 Posted May 19, 2018 #6 Share Posted May 19, 2018 most likely the 27th and the 2nd. Your putting the days on the same line is confusing. So take the answers with a grain of salt. Check the Patter when you board. It will have the schedule for the cruise. I'm confused as to what difference it makes as to which nights are formal. What difference does it really make in the long run?
suekel Posted May 19, 2018 #7 Share Posted May 19, 2018 I missed 2 on the same line so yes, 27th and 22nd
suekel Posted May 19, 2018 #8 Share Posted May 19, 2018 It makes a difference if you don't want to participate and want to book specialty. If just my husband and i are cruising, not a big family outing, we choose to pass.
paul929207 Posted May 19, 2018 #9 Share Posted May 19, 2018 Definitely the 27th will be the first formal night. Probably the 2nd will be the other, but it could be the 1st

At that time you'll be certain of which nights are formal.
suekel Posted May 19, 2018 #12 Share Posted May 19, 2018 No. I've already made my reservations for my next 2 cruises. And it's pretty easy to guess.
voljeep Posted May 19, 2018 #13 Share Posted May 19, 2018 you had to pay to book, correct?
floridalover5623 Posted May 19, 2018 #14 Share Posted May 19, 2018 No. I've already made my reservations for my next 2 cruises. And it's pretty easy to guess. So they're letting people book prior to boarding now?
suekel Posted May 19, 2018 #15 Share Posted May 19, 2018 Absolutely. Just go to specialty dining. But, you can't use OBC, you have to pay.
dobiemom Posted May 19, 2018 #16 Share Posted May 19, 2018 You can't book the first night (embarkation day). All other nights are available to book on my cruise in Nov.
