Jan. 26 - SailawayJan. 27 - Sea Day (1st Formal Night?)

Jan. 28 - Sea Day (or will this be the 1st Formal Night?)

Jan. 29 - Aruba 8am-7pm

Jan. 30 - Curacao 7am-2pm

Jan. 31 - Grenada 12pm-7pm

Feb. 01 - Dominica 7am-4pm (2nd Formal Night?)

Feb. 02 - St Thomas 8am-4pm (or will this be the 2nd Formal Night?)

Feb. 03 - Grand Turk 1pm-7pm (late departure, so... unlikely?)

Feb. 04 - Sea Day (last night, so... unlikely?)

most likely the 27th and the 2nd.

 

Your putting the days on the same line is confusing. So take the answers with a grain of salt. Check the Patter when you board. It will have the schedule for the cruise.

Sorry about my confusing beginning of the post. It should read:

 

Jan. 26 - Sail Away

Jan. 27 - Sea Day

Jan. 28 - Sea Day

 

the rest is all correct. Is the 1st Formal Night usually on the first sea day or on the second?

I'm confused as to what difference it makes as to which nights are formal.

What difference does it really make in the long run?

It makes a difference if you don't want to participate and want to book specialty. If just my husband and i are cruising, not a big family outing, we choose to pass.

Unless something has recently changed, you'll have to wait till your on the ship to make reservations anyway.

At that time you'll be certain of which nights are formal.
