BK512 Posted September 4, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 4, 2018 I read that they updated the GAP points for groups in August. Does anyone have a link to the current PDF? Thanks!

I have the one for 2018, but I had heard they'd released the newer one. Meeting with members of my group next week, and thought we might discuss it. Thanks. fishin' musician Posted September 4, 2018 #7 Share Posted September 4, 2018 When you book a group you get a certain number of GAP points, and it varies by sailing (some sailings have none). The group leader can then apply the points to "bonus" amenities for the group. 2 or 3 points might get you a mug, a group photo, or maybe canapes delivered to each room. 4 or 5 points might get you a bottle of wine for each room, a specialty restaurant or a group cocktail hour. The points can also be converted to OBC or stateroom discount for each group member or bonus commission for the group leader. The GAP points must be utilized across the board (all members receive the same thing).

Thanks in advance !! If you're a TA you can log in to POLAR Online and see for yourself. Alternately, as @ger_77 suggests, contact (recalling that listed times are PT): Scott.
