Large pamphlet about HAL

When we sailed on the Zuiderdam last August there were great pamphlets available near the Crow's Nest about HAL that included information about the line, the ships, and different sailings.

They were  at least 50-75 pages.

Is it possible to get one (updated) mailed to my home?  I couldn't find it on the HAL website.

I think you are talking about the Cruise Planner. Call HAL and ask them to send it to you. The current one covers to April 2019 to April 2020.

I think that is what they are referring to! I like those too, is HAL still producing them?

I've ordered one several times and never received it so don't count on waiting for it to be sent.

You have to get the  Cruise Atlas thru a TA or on board. HAL does not send them out in the mail.

We get ours through our TA.

 

The last couple of cruises that we were on, they didn't have either the Planners or the Atlases.

The Cruise Atlas is supposed to be sent to Mariners of a certain Star Level.  I did not receive one through the mail as a 5 Star Mariner, but did obtain one via my travel agent.

I receive the Cruise Planner in the mail. But for the Cruise Atlas I have to find one whatever ship I am on in the fall.  If one is in a Neptune Suite, ask the Concierge to get one for you. If not, try the Future Cruise Consultant.

Call your local AAA, or drop by, to see if they have it.  I have often picked up cruise brochures (books) for different cruiselines. 😉
