Best way to spend credit??

We booked an Alaskan cruise for the end of July.  Because we are celebrating our 20th anniversary, we chose to have all the perks, which includes a 300 cabin credit.  We have arranged/purchased our excursions, and we are usually more than satisfied with the food in MDR.  Is there a specialty restaurant that is best on Solstice?  So..... what are some suggestions for spending this credit?  Yes, I know this is a "good problem" to have.

We enjoy wine, so we are taking the Riedel wine tasting class.  We also booked Qsine based on reviews.  I don't know if it's on Solstice since this will be our first Celebrity cruise.

Because this gets asked so often I've compiled a list of things to spend OBC on. The only thing I know of now that you CAN'T buy with OBC is a deposit on a Future Cruise. Otherwise, here you go:

Acupuncture
Airport transfers
Alcove Rental (some ships)
Apple products etc. and Ilounge classes
Art Auctions
Babysitting
Barber Shop services (Edge only)
Beverages -- Alcoholic, carbonated soft drinks, specialty coffees and teas, bottled water
Bingo
Bottles of wine
Casino
Chef’s Table
Duty free liquor and cigarettes
Extra cost entrees and other items in Main Dining Room and specialty restaurants
Fitness classes
Flowers
Gelato
Gift shop souvenirs, purses, cosmetics, clothing, jewelry, etc.
Gratuities, and extra gratuities
Guests dining with you in Luminae (applies to Suite Passengers only)
Guest entertainers' CD's and DVD's
Hair and nail salon
Hollywood hot glass experiences (some ships)
Internet
Laundry/pressing/drycleaning
Luggage Valet
Martini Flights
Medical Center
Mini bar
Shore Excursions
Pay-per-view movies
Photos & cameras
Room service up charge items, and late night delivery fee
Shore Excursions
Shuttle to town (some ports)
Spa -- massages and treatments
Specialty restaurants
Teeth Whitening
Telephone calls using ship's system
Transfer to another passenger's account
Voyage in Review DVD
Wine and liquor tastings
Zumba

That is an easy question to answer.  For your anniversary, go to Murano for a special dinner.  It is the best restaurant on the ship. As for food there, not much can beat the chateaubriand for 2.

Keesar is on the right track - this is your anniversary.

also you are on an Alaska cruise! This is one of the most port intensive, high excursion cost cruises you can do. Two to look for (I don’t know which ports you are visiting) - the Misty Fjords floatplane, and in Skagway, the helicopter ride up to the glacier to drive the dogsled actually in snow. So worth it!

Couples massage, or a weeks pass to the Persian garden. Wonderful to take the steam, sit on those heated  loungers and watch the amazing scenery

Keep in mind that you do not need to specify what the OBC is spent on.  The $300 will just be deducted from what you owe on your total bill.  You may know this already but thought it would be worth mentioning.
