Problem With Using Shore Excursions Link on iPhone

For the past couple of weeks, when I log into the Azamara website on my iPhone and choose an upcoming cruise, the “Shore Excursion” link is difficult to read and when selected takes me to the other choices to prepare for our cruise but not shore excursions.

 

Anyone else having problems utilizing the Shore Excursion link on an iPhone?

Yes. 

”Azamara doesn’t like Safari” is was I was told when I had to phone in.

Try using the Google Chrome app to access the VP.

I’m doing better with my iPad, but I’m finding the iPhone too difficult to bother with, wth the scrunching and overlap of content that you describe.

This morning I belatedly thought of a possible solution and cleared the cache in Safari. That fix allows me to see the shore excursions.

 

As you suggest, I should also have thought of using Chrome.

Our team is looking into why you're having difficulties. I'll let them know you first tried with Safari and are having better luck with Chrome.

I’m not able to log in to my account at all using safari ; no issues with explorer or my ipad

It’s very strange. I never use anything but safari and can log in OK.

Have you tried clearing your history & website data?

I cannot log in with my iPhone it’s like that all the time.  I just don’t bother. I cannot for other audit reasons mess around with histories anyway (it’s also an auditable work phone). Not allowed chrome by work which is evidently not uncommon 

Ipad with Safari is fine though so it’s not a big issue for me but I can see how it could be for others.

I always log in with my IPAD.   My eyes are not good enough to read  a web site on my IPHONE.
