The Oasis has been sailing out of Miami since she returned in November from her re-fit/amplification.  We sailed on her in December from Port Miami.  She is going to Cape Liberty , New Jersey this summer, then in November back to FLL. Or at least that appears to be the plan.

 I was wondering the same thing when her track was north rather than south while watching the webcams.

Marine traffic map shows the Oasis just off Miami and is returning to port for some reason.

The Oasis is in Governers Cut now. I can't find any info on why, yet.

Yes I think you are correct, and thank you for being kind about it. I completely misinterpreted her post.  Sorry folks.  Now I just pray there isn't an acutely ill passenger on board.

I don’t know PoM or Oasis visually, this topic just caught my attention on a non CC site and no one had responded there.

I thought the same thing, I don't see a single cabin light but all exterior lights on the deck seem fine?

I see cabin lights now it looks like. It went right past the royal terminal though

The captain informed us a couple hours ago we would be returning to disembark an ill passenger. That all we know on board. 
As we have 2 sea days, he said it would not impact our arrival in St Martin on Wednesday.

So much for as screening the passengers for illness...........Hasn't been about 3 or 4 hours since it set sail.

How was the pre-cruise screening?  Anything out of the ordinary or different?  How vigilant are they about the new passport/travel rules?

Illness is a general term. It could easily be a heart attack and not something infectious.

The concerning part is I feel like if my was something like a heart attack they wouldn't have gone all the way down the channel before stopping.. Unless they got the person off the ship via a pilot boat at the mouth of the port.
