voyager70 Posted March 8, 2020 #3 Share Posted March 8, 2020 They're all amazing but I vote for Rome. I know it's a good hour from the port but simply a magical city.
jalves Posted March 8, 2020 #4 Share Posted March 8, 2020 We love Venice. Such a fascinating city and the dock is basically right there.

Loved the view off the back of the ship when we docked. But I think what really made the port/day so special was the tour guide we had.
pcur Posted March 8, 2020 #9 Share Posted March 8, 2020 Venice Messina (well, technically this is Sicily, but you can SEE Italy 😄) for seeing Taormina
FLCruisers49 Posted March 8, 2020 #10 Share Posted March 8, 2020 Venice - beautiful sail out... it's probably my absolute favorite. Civitavecchia - because it gets me to Rome... Naples - for Vesuvius views Such a beautiful country! I haven't been to Cinque Terre yet - on the list though! 🙂
JP82 Posted March 8, 2020 #11 Share Posted March 8, 2020 I liked Naples for it's location and ability to get places, we did Pompeii. Buttttt.... I thought the town itself was a bit of a dive. So that was disappointing. For me it would have to be La Spezia!!! I cannot wait to book another Med Cruise that calls there and go exploring Cinque Terre.
