250M $ for RCI from Germany for nothing

My government does not know better:

  • -no  RCI ships based in Germany (Hamburg),
  • almost zero German employees,
  • tax-flagged to Bahamas/Liberia,
  • German customers wait for refunds and FCCs longer than US customers (just received the confirmation from RCI Germany) if receiving at all
  •  non reachable customer service, and

RCI receives a 250Mio $ loan, secured by German government Hermes export credit agency.

This was posted late last week - it's not a loan, but a deferment of payments on the loans it has on several ships built at MeyerWreft. All cruise lines are taking advantage of this, why wouldn't they.
