2 days ago carnival opened online checkin for our curise but me and my mom cant pick our port arivvle time on our 7 day baltimore bahumas cruise any anwsers?

Can’t verify it, but the arrival times are being held back until a boarding system can be set in place.

When cruising starts back up, the boarding process will look different for the foreseeable future. There is no final plan yet, though, so Carnival has not released boarding times as of now.

What it likely means is really staggered arrival and boarding times to avoid hoards of people cramming into a cruise terminal until a process can be defined. No unlike the same hoards once on the ship.

i called carnival they said its a error with there online check in service

I had the same issue trying to check-in for my January cruise. I assume they haven't decided what they want their check-in times to be or how many people they want in each time.

I feel like the bigger worry is if cruises will be happening then instead of picking a boarding time

Once they decide on new boarding procedures due to Covid they will let you know. These will change from the prior method of boarding but no one knows how at this time.

John Heald said they would be assigned later once testing and procedures were in place. I had the same issue a few days ago.
