Hmm,

According to that article, which is 2 weeks old, CB and Enchanted are projected to begin cruising in May and Ruby in June.  Princess has cancelled all sailings until July 1st, so they are already wrong on those 3 anyway.

Our Princess employee-friend  Just joined the Emerald in LA for start up preparations  Thursday--No mention where he (the ship) were headed 🙂

I'm anticipating a west coast cruise for Princess sometime mid - late summer.

This will be Princess's first cruise  for the '21 year.

Looking at the Princess website Emerald has 12 July-September cruises to Alaska that still include Victoria.   Now that would be contrary to the Canadian Government cruise ship policy.

Then there is a Sep 25th Northern California that also includes Victoria.

 

However ALL of those are shown as Currently Not Available.

 

The first "REAL" cruise is October 30th Sydney Round Trip to NZ.   That is the one in Tom's original posting.

 

It will be interesting to hear or sea just what is going to happen with the Emerald.

 

I am hoping that Princess has already started communication with both the Australian and New Zealand governments regarding cruise ship visits and the protocols for them.
