Is it just me? Cheers to You Promo

Am I the only one who booked using the Cheers to You promo that cannot find it listed anywhere in the cruise documents?  I got the email showing my new rate and noting that we had purchased Cheers.  Also, each time I log in, I get the popup that says Congratulations!  Cheers and Bottomless Bubbles are included in your booking.  But, I have been unable to find that anywhere in my documents.  I have even tried printing and I can see my OBC when I do that, but there is still nothing in the documents.

Does anyone know if it shows when they have booked with that promo?  If it does, where are you seeing it.

Thanks!  Little things like this drive me crazy.

For my cruise, the promo appears as a pop up at the top of my screen when I log in to my cruise.  When I print my documents with the booking summary, the promo does not appear on any of them.  However, the promo does appear on the email from Carnival that I received as a guest confirmation.  It is right under the OBC. Cheers is included in your offer

Same here.  I just don't get why it wouldn't show on your docs or online other than a pop-up.

Yeah its weird and small but says it. I can not believe what a great deal that cheers to you promo was! I snatched it up!  I noticed its in this tiny little area at the top of my page as well.

Just print out the original Cabin Confirmation email you received when you booked. Take the copy with you just in case.

I've done that.  In fact, I saved the email as a pdf and I even took a screenshot of the Congrats popup.  LOL  I want to be armed with anything I might need to show them.  Just wish they would put that popup info in the documents.

A bit off topic but can the Cheers Promo be used on more than one booking?  It pops up in my offers but I read somewhere that once you used the rate code once, then that was it.  Trying to decide whether to change my booking code for January but don't want to lose the offer if it's a one time thing.  I might want it later for a longer sailing.  Anyone been able to use it more than once?

my sister has that offer under her VIFP number, and I've been able to book 2 cruises for her so far with it listed in the confirmation. It still shows as available for her, so I'd say book 'em while you can. It will tell you when it's no longer available. On the Cabin Confirmation email it states that Cheers is included.

I read there are different Cheers offers.  The one I got makes the cruise more expensive - $200 more for 14 days.  I don't drink that much so not a good deal.

someone else posted their spouse had a different code and it was only a few dollars a day more and a much better deal.  So price your cruise a few different ways if you are not a big drinker may not be a good deal for you.

From what I understand from my personal planner at Carnival when I was talking to her a few months ago, the first offers were a one time shot. But then when the program was about to expire they extended it and also made it available for multi bookings.

If you or your significant other have the hard to find RU1 or RU2 codes, don’t hesitate, jump at it and never look back!!!

And as long as it gives you that rate when you book it, they will have to honor it. Just make sure to screenshot everything and keep all email confirmations.

It was a good deal w RU2.  Only 30 pp more than the regular rate on a 4 day cruise.  We're B2B and first 5 day was over 200 more total but the 60 bucks extra for 4 days is well worth it if it can still be used later on a longer summer cruise.   Thanks everyone!

I saw your post and noticed I have the same issue.

I booked with a casino deal that includes $500 funplay, free drinks, and $200 OBC. Only the OBC shows up.

Yes.  I book a lot of casino offers.  The funplay and DOU never shows up, just the OBC

I've used the same promo for two different cruises.  I got an email with the promo, booked a cruise.  Then later I received another email with the same promo and booked another cruise.  I don't book them at the same time, but it is the same Cheers promo for both of them.
