Ships registry has no bearing on this issue. 
This is a “cruise discriminatory” policy. 
Airlines do the same thing, and no one even bats an eye, regardless of where the airline is incorporated.

Even if they did decide this, they would have to have a viable replacement which would probably take a few years to create and cost millions. 
 

Not smart if they just want to avoid the Vaccine thing, but then again Florida’s government…..

Ships (well, one ship Navigator, when it gets here) Will sail from San Pedro, CA to Ensenada, MX on 3 night sailings. What was your point?  :classic_tongue::classic_biggrin: Our 5 night goes to Cabo, Ensenada and back, and our........

4 nighters out of Tampa are a run to Cozumel and back. I think that qualifies as going from Florida to Mexico and back......
