The link to local tours takes you to the  Viator page, who, as we know, are owned by Trip Advisor, so I guess that's your answer.

I thought Whatsinport was a well known site - surprised that people haven't heard of it.

A whois search shows that the owner's name is private, and the site has been online since 2008.
