Not so Royal website. It's down...

Can't book any cruise, every search ends in:

 

Oops, something went wrong.

There was a problem loading your sailing, please go back to Cruise Search and select another sailing.

 

Anyone else seeing this?

I just went in to make final payment for a cruise and the cruise planner says I don't owe anything. It's about time we had a glitch that worked in our favor (not that it will last).

Everything seemed fine (mock bookings, cruiser planner) this morning.  As of about an hour ago seeing nothing but bad behavior on the site and the app (for check-in).

I heard: A hundred bad days make a hundred good stories and that a hundred good stories makes me interesting at parties.

 

Perhaps the IT department is gong for that plan.

Still a lot not working...

I can access existing bookings...but trying to book a new cruise gets that "OOPS!" screen...

I've been trying to pay for a shore excursion all day. The message I get over and over says: "Hmm, make sure the card information is correct or try using a different card."

 

I'll stop trying different credit cards now.
