Mine still showing.  In fact, I had a few new ones this morning.  I check daily all 47 pages!  By chance a few weeks ago I came upon a 2023 16 day TA, balcony,  that had not been sent to me in any offer.  I booked it.   It disappeared not long after.  It reappeared this morning, but, for interior only.

They do seem to come and go.

I got the same email.  However, after I choose my stateroom type and press 'Select', it just shows a blank screen like below.  I have tried on both Edge and Chrome and even on Safari via my phone.  I've tried multiple cruises, but always a blank screen.  Any suggestions?  I'd think that if nothing was available, it would state that on the previous screen.

I have the same problem. I came here to see if anyone had any ideas what is going on.

I think you have to actually call to book if doing direct. I couldn't book via the website either.  If you buy "Club Orange" for the cruise (not worth it most times IMHO), you can get your choice of rooms within the category (I did it for one cruise to get one of the big forward oceanview rooms above the spa).

In the email we get it instructs us to call our HAL PCC, even giving her name.  Sometimes it will say to call a casino number which is given.

As stated before we never receive e-mails on Casino deals although we are eligible for those deals. Currently we are eligible for code HEP2230CO2. Does anyone else have this offer and if so could you send me a copy of the list.

What is your email?  I have it, but, this is the one that shows 30-60% off certain sailings.  It is not the other kind of offer for complimentary rooms.

Thank you, it is enough to know that it is only the 30-60% off deal. Guess we will just wait until they begin to show up on the search engine. Maybe we need to take a break from HAL anyway. Thanks again for the reply.

30 to 60% off is almost as good a deal as getting a free cabin offer IMO.  These discounted fare deals allow you to select the cabin you want (not having to accept a guarantee) plus they are combinable with many other HAL offers.  Further, you cannot use the stockholder OBC credit deal with the free cabin offers.

Same here. Although by the time my PCC called me back the next day, the Verandas were gone. Booked an inside… but slightly bummed about no Verandah for our first crossing.

Just curious, were you receiving the $200 private fares and now only getting the 30-60% off fares. My $200 fares stopped about 10 days ago and now I am getting no discounts.

I am receiving both.  My $200 fares are still showing in my account.

May I ask how many points you had in your previous cruise to get these offers?  I thought I spent a lot of time/money on my last cruise, but they only gave me a 20% discount, which I am grateful for.  Although a free cruise would be even better.

Interesting question.  Hard to answer without actually knowing the algorithms they are using to generate offers, but I suspect they tweak things based on circumstances (having a hard time filling some HAL ships recently, so stretching a bit further on the offers).  If they get you to bite on 20% discounts, maybe that's all they'll offer for a while.

I've only been on one HAL cruise, about 5 years ago, and I certainly wasn't any high roller but I did spend time in the casino.  For a couple of years I would get the occasional discount offer, but we were doing other stuff so I ignored them.  This past spring the upped the ante a bit to free inside cabins on an assortment of 7-day cruises; I looked into them, but instead paid for a heavily discounted all-inclusive Princess cruise.  This last round there were some cruises that happened to catch our eye more, so we picked two, a Panama Canal and one that friends were already planning to be on.  HAL is not our default "go-to" cruise; we tend to prefer Azamara or Oceania for smaller ships, or Celebrity for large ones, but for the price it was hard to argue on these.

We only did one HAL cruise about 5 years ago and we continue to get free balcony cabin offers all the time.  Princess has always been our “go to” but we’re done with them after a terrible experience.  We couldn’t find any sailings we liked for free, but got a substantial price reduction with a casino credit for our return to HAL.

PCC says a new batch of Casino offers will be released on July 12. I guess there is a slot tourney on the Rotterdam on the 11-30-22 sailing but I didn't get an invite for it.

I checked today to see if there are new casino offers and I don't see any.  Did anyone else see new offers today?

Remember that HAL is on Pacific time - so things often come out later in the day.

Does anyone have experience with receiving an offer directly from your local casino. I just received an email from our local casino here in BC, stating I was able to pick up a "Sail and Play Cruise Certificate" from Holland America at their guest services desk next week.

We have never sailed with them and I don't see anything listed on my account page when I log onto the site. Just wondering if its a scam and not to waste my time going there.

Thanks so much
