Free Casino cruise certificate question

My friends are picking one up Saturday from a land based Casino. It states a free Inside room! Both him and his wife received a free certificate for an inside room. Has anyone else received one? Just curious if they just pay the difference from an inside to a balcony. Thanks!

Yes, you can do paid upgrades. Sometimes they allow you to combine certificates for a cabin class upgrade. They can ask all these questions when they call the number on the certificate. They will be responsible for taxes and port charges of about $255 total and additional gratuities.

So helpful! They would be great if they can combine certificate’s ! So appreciate your advice! Thanks again!

Anyone else among us receive the PLAY MY WAY offers from Carnival recently?

I received several different ones - all with Drinks Everywhere, up to free suites, and anywhere from $200-$1,000 FunPlay and up to $2,000 OBC.

These are even better than my Elite offers. It would seem Carnival is trying to cast a wide net (perhaps taking into account onboard spend).

I've already utilized 4 of the offers. I upgraded our Celebration sailing from $200 OBC to $2,000.. and got a lower rate and CHEERS and booked three other cruises (one of which is on hold... not sure I need to cruise this much... LOL).

We both got the same ones as you. Trying to move a January cruise to one of these while also looking at a fall cruise. I don't get enough vacation time for all of them!

They called and they won’t combine the certificate’s! As they each have one.

Yes received the same and also changed our Celebration to one of these offers and booked additional 2 cruises with the offers. At first I thought it was a hoax

Just wondering how much casino action do you have to give, to get these offers?

25+ cruises only get drink offers no free rooms.

Now, I barely play slots and only play the $5-$6 tables.

Enjoy Life

Most of mine was in the past, and at that point it was not uncommon to leave there up/down by $5-10+G... $50-$300/hand blackjack, often playing two hands at once. I don't usually stay too long at the higher bet levels, or else a bad run can go really bad, fast! I test the waters (push my bets up), usually to be slapped back into my place.  😉

That's the problem, they love slots players. Table games, not so much.
