Just wondering if anyone knows when the offer becomes available?  Can you book it earlier than the March to April rollover?  Thanks!

Have you tried going here to check for offers? You can't book anything until it shows up here unless you're onboard the ship and they offer you something based on your points.

Not so.... I usually find a cruise I am interested in & then call them & ask how much of a discount can I get.

The offers I get in the mail are never ones I am interested in.

Likewise, or by the time I receive an offer I’ve already got something booked for those dates

The annual tier benefit will show up mid April. You can use it to book any 7 day or less cruise, with the exception of Holidays and a new ship within it's first 365 days of service. If you have a cruise already booked that meets that criteria, they you can apply your tier benefit once it is loaded onto the webpage, and they will refund any money that you have applied.

They are taking about the annual tier benefit for those that qualify. (Prime, Signature, Masters)

I booked the Wonder for October while on the Harmony this past November and paid the minimum deposit. Will use our annual "Prime" certificates for this cruise when they come out in April. It will cost $256 when all is said and done, which $200 of it is the deposit I made. Also, due to the monthly offers I get through casino, booked eight night Mariner in May for $119.83 a piece which includes $11pp upgrade fee. Love the casino comps!

Any list out there is a specific offer to those that qualify. Not all qualify.

I'm Prime and will be same in the coming fiscal year.  You need to go to the Casino Royale website.

I am hoping to book the Wonder with my Prime certificate. Are you saying that I could book it now, then apply the certificate and be refunded the difference between the deposit I paid and the actual port fees/taxes?

And do I have to do the original booking myself, or can I use my TA?

Thanks!

Yes, you can book now and apply the certificate when available. Not sure about TA though, I do all my bookings through RCCL Casino folks.

I switched from my TA years ago cause she really didn't make any money on my casino comps.

Does anyone know by when the cruise must be taken? By the end of 2023? By April 2024? I’m Prime but new to Royal. Thanks.

End of March. Casino "year" is April 1st through March 31st.

Thanks. Every vacation day for 2023 is already accounted for, so I am hoping I can use it in 2024. So if I understand correctly, I must sail by March 31, 2024? I might lock something in soon if I can just have them apply the certificate next year. Is that how it works? Put down a deposit now and call the casino reps and have them apply the certificate once I have it? How does one know which category of cabin to book? Appreciate everyone’s help! By this time next year I hope to be more knowledgeable about Club Royale. 🙂

I booked the Wonder for March 12 with my prime annual benefit.  Its just over a year in service.  The benefit will show up on clubroyale when it is available after March 31.  However like everyone here, you get so many offers, it gets confusing.  I would guess you have some dollars off offers in your account.  I would suggest to transfer those to your existing suite bookings.  Unless you are a heavy gambler, suites are hard to come by without royaling up.  Or cancel the suites and sail for free!!!!

It will state in the offer what category you get for free.  If you are prime its an inside cabin.  You get other offers for up to a balcony, but we have not yet seen a suite.  When you call to book you can ask to pay the difference to upgrade to whatever you want.  Its usually not worth it to us.  It is however nice to get a balcony because you can then royal up to a suite.

We selected a cruise and called to verify the rules/restrictions and make a booking for June 2023. The detail that really mattered is that the date of the cruise must be outside of final payment date.  That makes sense, as we would have had to pay in full before we receive the certificate for the complimentary cruise.  That rep did verify that this could be done.

We selected another date (November 2023) and called again to book.  This rep has put me on hold four times to “check with the team”.  Now she is saying that it must be booked with an existing offer that we would then change to the complimentary offer in April.  She stated that we cannot book at market rate, it must be an existing offer to be able to convert to complimentary. Since none of my offers includes November 2023, I cannot do this.

It has been a frustrating process so far. I may call again to verify that info if nothing happens after this hold time ends.

That does NOT seem to make sense, because as I understand it, if you use an offer then make a change, the original offer is gone.  Why would anyone use an offer then use their annual offer on the same cruise, wasting the original offer in the process? Edited...

It is finally booked, after 70 minutes on the phone. The only offer I had on my list without an expiration date shown was an instant rewards certificate from a November 1 cruise on the Liberty.  It had expired but was still on my list, so they made a one-time exemption and used that offer.  The offer was only $100 off and was technically expired, so not a loss.

I am just happy that I found out (thanks to this thread) that it can be done this way. Thanks to all for all of the good info.

Heard on a different website that if a couple both have Prime annual cruises they can combine it into one better cabin?

What do two interiors become?  Just an oceanview?

We just did this and combined 2 interiors for an oceanview balcony.

So you're saying that if I don't have any offers then I can just call and say I'm prime and they'll give me discount? Or, that if I have an offer with a list of cruises, I can ask to use the offer toward something not on that offer? I understand that the Annual cruise can be used toward any 7 nights or shorter cruise.

Wow that is a huge jump up!  We’re these your annual free Prime cruises or two other interior offers?

 Thank you!

It was 2 other offers. They were offers that were given to us by the casino onboard the ship based on the points that we earned on that cruise.

We are a stockholder, frequent cruise traveler, casino player, and very loyal to Royal Caribbean however we are extremely disappointed with our last cruise of the lack of courtesy and knowledge from the casino host. We have been trying to reach out to someone at the corporate office to discuss the situation and the Call Center, won’t  even for a request to that does anyone know how to reach?jerrod Kendall  The manager over the casino department thanks to anyone who has a separation.
