Tip for drink at International Cafe?

If you are referring to "Cafe' Promenade" and just purchasing a drink and paying for it the 18% gratuity  automatically added to your bill. If you are like us and purchase the "Coffee Card" we usually leave a small tip (like a dollar) since no gratuity will be added as they only punch your card.

But you can't get self-serve coffee or hot tea at International Cafe.

true, but that's not what OP's question was. He/she asked if they need to tip the barista at IC.

If they have no package, the tip will be added to the bill.

If they have a package, it's already included.

Do we tip server?  Barista?  (International Cafe)

No.  You should not even go to the International Cafe -- especially since it has nothing to do with Royal Caribbean.  You may want to try asking on the appropriate cruise line's board.
