How to Verify Casino Offer Details Once Booked?

We have three trips booked with Casino Offers and wanted to verify the details of each. When I look at my Booking & Order Details on the website, I can see the rate we paid and the onboard credits we have, but where can I see the DOU Everywhere and the Fun Play Credits that were also part of the offer?

I emailed the casino club (oceanplayersclub) on Sunday to verify my offer for our

up coming cruise on Mar 18th, 23. Received a reply Monday afternoon, 1 day later.

So they were fast.

I think I'll try that. What is their email address, oceanplayersclub at carnival dot com?

Just go to oceanplayersclub.com and from there it will show you where you go to verify

a casino offer, you will have to input your booking info and Vifp number, and sail date and

ship, and just ask in the message box, I have done this several times and would receive

an answer, which I would print out and take to the ship in case there was any problems.

Greetings. On my casino offer I have drinks on us while playing at the casino. Do I need to check in at the casino when beginning to play to ensure this has been link to me? Also what has been your experience when ordering a drink? Does the service staff come around often? Are any type of drinks available? I play slots and blackjack. Any feedback is appreciated. First time with this offer.

Sometimes the wait staff is slow but if you tip an extra dollar or more they remember you. You don't need to see anyone other than a waiter as the offer will be on your card. You should be able to order any single drink under $20.

It never hurts to check in with the casino host and just introduce yourself. They can confirm your comps as well.

Every time I've had DOU, I've noticed a $0.00 item in my folio that says something like "Drinks on Us Casino" as soon as I embarked. So check your hub app when you get on the ship to check it is another option.

Thanks for your help! I did request the verifications, which I will print and bring with us just in case!

Figuring someone on here would know. My husband just started getting some offers in the last few months and we booked the one he had last week for a Journeys cruise.  We also booked another cruise not under casino as it wasn't included in his offer, but as early saver bc the price was great as well as the obc.  His new casino offer beats the early saver offer. Is there any option for us to switch to his casino promo for that sailing?    We met a few folks in Jan that said this leeway may be changing,  What are the guidelines here as far as changing offers or price matching?

Did you make final payment yet?  If not you may be able to switch

I had booked a casino offer and never sent the final payment (it was due while I was on a cruise!) so my booking was cancelled.

I called Carnival, they transferred me to the casino dept. to get my booking reinstated.  Prior to that, my husband had a better offer and they switched it to his offer without any penalty.

literally just booked a week ago...and we just made the deposit which is the same as the casino offer.

Ok then you should be able to cancel,  rebook,  or simply transfer to casino offer.  Should be no problem.
