they always have olive oil and vinegar options … that would be healthier than any of the other salad dressings that are offered.  Or ask for some lemons and use that as a dressing.

This was the menu tonight (formal night) on both the Ruby and the Emerald. I can’t believe there isn’t a salad offering.

I sure hope so! WFPB Vegan dressing is another issue... I may bring my own, but what a PIA.

Vegan, yes. However, the WFPB (whole food plant based) vegan diet goes a bit further. No oils, refined flour or sugars are permitted because they are inflammatory for the body.

It is a bummer, but I am trying to get my body back on track. Once you gt used to it, it is not so bad.

My own dressing is composed of a real authentic balsamic vinegar, a mustard (I like spicy), and real maple syrup.

I had shrimp cocktail and a Caesar salad almost every night on the Ruby. I also ordered French onion soup when it was not on the menu. The wait staff was very accommodating with special requests.

 

For breakfast in the mdr I ordered eggs Benedict when it was not on the menu and had no problems.

 

There are almost always different options than what is on the menu. Just ask.
