3rd person in cabin

If 3 adults share one cabin would  the  third person be eligible for the Princess Plus fare with inclusions?

you can add it but you have to talk to your TA or Princess, assuming the first two have it, I don't think only the 3rd can have it

Yes, if you booked with a TA they will have to add it. If you booked direct, you have to call.

Our older grandson is booked as #3 with parents without a package.  Parents have the package.  Grandson has no perks.  Gratuities and wifi will be paid on board.  He doesn't drink anything but milk and water.

Why do you say that?  Anyone who purchase the Plus or Premier package gets all the items included.

Correct, but you want the third person to have the package.  So, either order it when booking the cabin, or it can also be purchased on board for the same price (assuming your voyage occurs before Princess decides to increase the price - but there will be an announcement).

I thought Princess Plus was a tariff or fare rate which all passengers in the cabin had.  It is a higher rate whereas the third person has a lower fare it should be on a consistent fare basis should it not?
