Yes, a little help?  I went to the live reviews page last night, finally found one from Dream, scrolled through 45 pages (to the point I was dizzy from scrolling) and the reviewer never went to MDR for dinner!

 

If you have a link or can point us in a direction, that would be great!

 

And is there NO ONE reading this thread who has just one picture of a new menu item?  Just give us something! 😎

With all the interest in food you'd think someone would post pics! I never take pics of my food but when we go on the Radiance  I will and promise to post if nobody has come forward yet lol.

  Hi,

   I just successfully put up a short video here onC.C. from the main pool area. We’re on an 8 day cruise.
  Tonight is dressy night (2nd day) Another dressy night later in the week.
 I’ll do my best to attach photos of our dinners!  🤗

Last night was debark.   I ordered the Cobb Salad (entree size). And lime sorbet. Both delicious.

My husband had the Cornish game hen. This dish is served with half a Cornish hen. Diagonally cut carrots, a deep fried veggie (?) and about 5” long fresh potato “strips”.    He said it was good. Chocolate & vanilla scoop of ice cream for dessert.

Just got off the Dream. No pictures but I did like the Louisiana inspired dishes. Had Jambalaya one night and Shrimp Fettucine another. They also served Natchitoches meat pies as an appetizer for the Diamond gathering on the first day however I did not find this on the regular menu.  All were very good.

Thank you for the pics!  Some of it looks pretty good…the chicken looks better than I would have expected. But that pepper steak looks pretty gross!

The Chicken was pretty decent. The Pepper steak tasted better than it looked, like something I would make while a little drunk!🤣

Sorry we haven’t gone to the MDR .  But, here’s some photos of todays lunch at the Teppy place.  

We enjoyed our lunch here. The quality of the fish & meat were far superior than the MDR and the $23 Steak & Lobster I had earlier this week. All diners around the table all were given fresh veggies, homemade rice and 2 full — head to tail shrimp — delicious!

 

I ordered the Black Cod and the Salmon as my entree.  Salmon was wonderful. But the Cod … wow … just incredible … 5 stars❣️

Hey Bobbi - 1st, thanks for the yummy pictures!!

Since everyone at the table got shrimp starters, did it seem their process & set up would allow for my dining partner to easily get portion? I realize I could just give it to them, but I don't want that shrimp near my fork or other food.

   I’m understanding your question this way …Can my portion of shrimp directly go to my Partners plate?  With the shrimp never touching my own plate.

 

  The Chef was light hearted and singing the whole time he’s preparing our food. I’d just ask him as you sit down. If he’s not there yet, the hostess could probably relay the message. Our experience was casual,

fun and lots of singing!

Yes, that's the question. I don't want to waste it - I want her to have it and me to not touch it. That may sound picky, but I just don't want it near me. Ugh

So hard in this type of environment since the preparing of food is a huge part of the experience and we both love certain parts of the menu.

Happy to hear you enjoyed it - we have it booked on each leg of our B2B.

For those asking earlier for me to post the link to my Live review of my upcoming sailing where I promise to do lots of food porn, here is the link! I( do have to say, we won't be in the MDR on the last 2 nights of the cruise, we will be dining in Rudi's and the Steakhouse those nights, but the other nights we should be in the MDR. If the menu doesn't excite us one night we may go to ChiBang, but I will at least post MDR menus for each night!
