Trouble with NCL website?

Anyone else experienced difficulty logging on to the NCL website? 

I've been trying to download my EDOC's since Thursday.  I've called Technical Support and was told it's effecting about 35% of the users. 

Obviously they're closed on weekends. I sail the 26th of November, so I realize I have a little time  but am a bit worried. 

Anyone else?

For me, the website does not load using Firefox. I had to use Chrome or Edge

Firefox not working for me either, working fine on Chrome.

Not working on Chrome but okay using Edge.  The App on my IPhone is working fine too

The answer is always yes, especially on the weekends. It is working fine for me on Edge, however.

It’s been glitchy all week.  I could not log in at all for almost a day.  Then someone here helpfully said I should clear cache and cookies.  I did and haven’t had an issue since.

I use Edge as browser.  Will try clearing cache and cookies.

Same problem with Edge, clearing the cookies fixed the issue.

Can't get in on Chrome. Can get in via the app on my IPhone, as well. 

I can pull up the website, but it tells me my login info is incorrect. No, it's not.

Was having issues as well (Chrome) and it would ask me to log in and then ask me to log in again...and again...and again. I finally gave up. Well, after trying that over and over about 5x. Then I gave up. lol

Cannot log in using Chrome. Clearing the cookies/cache did not fix the problem. I was able to log in using an incognito window.

I solved the problem with some excellent technical support help from NCL. I cleared the cookies/catche from my EDGE browser for the last 4 months and presto, everything works with NCL. Thank you all for your input and concern.

Thank's everyone for the great advice on fixing my connection issue. My edge browser hasn't been able to log into my ncl account for a couple of days. Was able to log in with Chrome browser, so I cleared my cookies for the last 4 weeks and everything works fine now.

That is what is happening to me on Chrome.

On line check in still not working on google chrome.  Tried clearing browser history still no good.  Went to NCL app on cell phone and check in worked just fine.

System still screwed up. Log on then kicked out to log in again, doesn't work.
