Trouble with NCL website?

Recommended Posts

Anyone else experienced difficulty logging on to the NCL website? 

I've been trying to download my EDOC's since Thursday.  I've called Technical Support and was told it's effecting about 35% of the users. 

Obviously they're closed on weekends. I sail the 26th of November, so I realize I have a little time  but am a bit worried. 

Anyone else?

Firefox not working for me either, working fine on Chrome.

Thank you all for your  responses. I feel somewhat relieved it's not just me. 

Same problem with Edge, clearing the cookies fixed the issue.

Can't get in on Chrome. Can get in via the app on my IPhone, as well. 

I can pull up the website, but it tells me my login info is incorrect. No, it's not.

Thank's everyone for the great advice on fixing my connection issue. My edge browser hasn't been able to log into my ncl account for a couple of days. Was able to log in with Chrome browser, so I cleared my cookies for the last 4 weeks and everything works fine now.

That is what is happening to me on Chrome.
