Hi everyone ,

seasoned cruiser, but first time on Celebrity. I tried searching for a while but can’t find the info I am looking for

can I charge casino money to my room - slots or table games, as a room charge, or should I just bring gambling cash with me?

thanks,

Aggie

You will be charged 5% if you charge your room. I would bring cash to avoid that!

Thanks so very much!

will definitely be bringing cash!

HI boontj2003, I have been searching for this answer on Celebrity's website, even the FAQ link provided above, and cannot find a reference to a fee.  My specific question is this:  If a person has a credit card linked to their on board account (which is required), and you purchase casino chips at a table and charge them to your account, is there a fee charged?   Have you been charged the 5% recently?

I’m Amethyst on Celebrity, so don’t pay a fee. When I did not have casino status, yes they charge you.
