Breakfast room service

Good day fellow cruisers:

Hoping someone can ‘dummy this down’ for me. 
 

We have the basic, no frills package- we are responsible for any drinks, tips etc. 

 

We like to have coffee + croissants in the room, prior to going down to the MDR for a real breakfast. 
 

How do I get this reels service done without incurring additional charges?

yes...you can, There will be a tag to hang on your door each night with your order and time for delivery.

Ask your room steward if you don’t see the card, I have a new card left daily.

Use the card to hang on your door the night before. Be forewarned it's been our experience they always come earlier than the time selected 🙂

Last week on the Enchanted I used the door hang tag several times and wrote in (Cheese Omlette , Hash Browns and Sausage Please.) I’m always simple and direct and give a small tip. Was never charged for this and the staff seems willing to do it to make you happy.

Breakfast is free when using the door tag. Sometimes can add extra things

and you get it sometimes not. This is only room service that is free unless have

Breakfast isn't available to order on the app.

You can "usually" be successful when writing in things that aren't in the "list" on the hang card. Be careful though. I wrote "Bacon x 4" hoping for 4 slices of bacon. I received 4 orders of bacon. I like bacon that that was crazy. We do sometimes ask for multiple juices such as 4 OJ and 4 Tomato. Not a problem with the hang tag and now fee involved.

 

Be aware that you can also get a "version" of room service by paying the once per cruise fee of $14.95 to get Ocean Now deliveries. This is the service normally included with Plus or Premier that allows you to have things delivered to you wherever you are on the ship. If you pay that one time fee you can use the service to have food or drinks delivered to your room and it is not charged as Room Service. Burgers, Fries, Loaded Cheese Fries, Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, Street Tacos, Hot Dogs, Pizza, etc. from Lido Deck are fair game. Of course any drinks you have delivered in this manner will also incur any associated cost.
