What is the longest wait time anyone has experienced at the Club Orange dining venue, or can we make a rezo?

Can I put my name on a list an be called?  Ia there a nearby bar to hang out at until we are called?

Longest we ever waited was 40 minutes, it was on the first night about 1/2 hr after opening. We have had CO 3 times so far, and this wait was unusual. If full, The host will take your name and come get you. There are tables and chairs along the windows just opposite the CO. Also the Half Moon Bar is only a few steps from the CO entrance, and the Ocean Bar is just around the corner.

Wait time was ZERO on my B2B2B.  And a whole 5 minutes a couple of times on a subsequent cruise.

If you ask, the CO Manager was quite good at estimating the best times to come.  By following his advice, I never really experienced any wait worth talking about.

On the Nieuw Statendam in December, we never waited. However, we avoid the busy times. We eat breakfast early and dinner late.

If you assume most people go to dinner with the intent to take in a show, you'll know when the busy time is going to be.

No reservations allowed but Host/Hostess can suggest a time. Seems a few people like to line up at the door before they are open. We've never had to wait but every cruise is different.

We had maybe a 20 minute wait once on the Koningsdam and one morning decided to go to the MDR because we were very hungry lol.    But there is a nice seating area outside and you can grab a drink and look at people or the ocean and the very nice hostess (at least on Koningsdam last cruise) came to get us when a table was available.  By the end of the cruise we figured out when the best time was to appear for dinner.

On our 26 nights on Rotterdam last spring, I don't know that we ever waited more than a few minutes, and we ate in one section every night except one, because we loved our waiter over there.

We always had before-dinner drinks at the Pinnacle bar and walked down the hallway usually some time between 7 and 7:30.

Our Nov cruise on the K we had a 90 min wait on embarkation evening.  We went to GS and were quickly escorted to a table for 2 in the MDR.  After that we didn’t have any wait in CO.

Last November on the Koningsdam which was 100% sold out we had to wait about 20 minutes a couple of nights around 6-6:30pm, but the wait was worth it for the much-improved dining experience and nightly chef specials. We saw lines to get into the MDR at the same times that were down the halls waiting to get seated. They do not take reservations but the hostess does a good job of turning tables. On the K'Dam the Club Orange is very small with only 19 tables.
