I am sure I must have burned up some extra calories

today! After doing the gardening, pulling out & cutting back some things that were done. I got the idea to clean the garage! YEAH!! Now I am ready for winter. OK not like it should snow now but if it did I can put my car in the garage!! DH will be surprised when he gets home!

Sheila, you make me laugh!! I "exercised" both arms playing Bunko last night!

With the birthdays in my house and various other activities I've also had going on, my exercise has been a little sporadic. I have managed to get to the gym 3 days each week, but the cardio on my bike has been more hit and miss. Usually miss. I aim for 5 times a week, and if I've done 3 times this past week then that's amazing. But the birthdays are gone and I have a weekend to slow down and hopefully get things back on track.

The rest of you guys are doing great! Keep it up!

NordicTrack Skier

push ups (still hate 'em)

sit ups

walking dogs

I've been doing the every other day thing. It's going well, I have been exercising regularly for a month now and I feel great. The two week jump start then exercising every other day thereafter has been the way to go for me. I feel much stronger and less soft. It is helping with my anxiety and I am sleeping better.

Carry on everyone, you're doing great!

I did a 10 minute jumping cardio last night and I almost died. Haha! My regiment said I had to do 30mins of cardio...but I just can't do it. I'll try to do 15 mins tomorrow...today I do strength exercises. I'd like to be able to do pushups by the end of this year.

Did'nt work out yesterday. Went on a huge eating binge

One good thing did come out of the day...I will do a binge every

2 months or so... And never new why or what set it off.

I started keeping track of what i was eating. And now i know that it is

sugar that sets it off. So now thats other reason to just give up sweets

they make me feel like crap the next day. Makes my body hurt..and sets off eating binges.

Going to start treating sugar and white flour like there posion to me:eek:

As they really seem to be.

Off to do 30 min shred

30 min weights

45 min treadmill.

There was actrually a study i read stating that once you start eating sugar your body craves it really bad...which is a reason they suggested not drinking diet soda since the artifical sweeteners can have the same effect.

Ill be damned if im giving up my Diet Dr Pepper tho...

Just 1 minute more than the last time you did it..or 1 more pound more than the last time you lifted is still progress...it adds up over time.

Keep it up!

Yesterday

Went to the YMCA and felt like a fish out of water. Tried to do their beginners step class and to me it was more advanced than anything. Did that for about 10 minutes.

Rode a weird bike for about 5 minutes - didnt like it or the wierd man staring at me as I rode it.

Decided to go and do 8 laps in the pool. Felt like a fish in water now.

Today - extremely sore. Cant move.
