What?

I signed in to my celebrity and was wanted to look at excursions and such but pow!

Can't and get this message that I've not run into in many cruises.

I haven't changed a thing... what needs modifying? :confused:

I've seen this many times. Once you go into your cruise details, even if you do not change anything, the system knows you've looked. So it wants a while to update, if there is anything to update or even if there is not. Just wait a little while and go back in.

I get that a lot. You also get that if you just close the site without signing out.

If you leave a particular reservation without clicking on "click here to exit my reservation", you will almost always get this message if you try to go back to it.

I was hoping they were modifying me to the penthouse...:o

Agree with Ma Bell, sign out of the My Celebrity and then try signing back in, it usually clears up.

It fixed itself, but I didn't sign out... if it comes up again I try that to speed it up a bit... I'm outta here in 8 days! :D

Sometimes there actually is a change. A recent cruise changed from tendering to docked and the system gave the 20 minute message for about 2 days!

I also have seen this many times. There are many posts on this board about the Celebrity web site. Most are not complimentary.

I had this problem for over a month. I called my TA and she called Celebrity. Celebrity could not get into my cruise reservation. They had to create a whole new reservation for that cruise.

I've had this many times too. I've often wondered how they picked the "20 minutes". Really, 20, not 30 or 50?

I spoke with my TA yesterday and she mentioned that if you or X does anything to your reservation that message will come up. This also is true if you are in a group and if any person in your group looks at their reservation as well.
