  1. We received twice in the 36 cruises we have booked and did not take either as we really did not feel it was a good deal. On our June cruise to Alaska they offered our grandson an upgrade from inside to a balcony and we only knew about it because it was posted in My To-Do List.
  2. Because of the shape of the balcony, you will get a lot of wind just an FYI
  3. We have had 15471 twice now and the only issue is that you can hear the bolt but it does not run all night so we actually love the room location and therefore having it twice
  4. Its also on the Hub app, I usually turn it on as soon as I get on the ship and it will show with map where I need to go
  5. Actually when we went there were several women outside the terminal checking appt. times if you were early you were made to wait
  6. I don't know about the Liberty but when we checked in (suite) there was nothing for those in suites as far as check in until we completed everything and then told to proceed to the glassed in area where we waited until boarding began. They did check our boarding passes to see that we had a suite and we were first to board. When we went out on the Magic a month later (not same terminal as Mardi Gras) it was the same except we were told to go up stairs and they sat us in the front section of chairs for suites followed by Diamonds once again first to board. The only problem with boarding for Mardi Gras was that people were gathering at the entrance point to boarding rather than waiting for their numbers to be called and it was difficult from what our friends told us to hear what numbers were being called. It was a very quick process most of the time was spent waiting for them to start boarding
  7. There was not a separate check in for suites however once you clear check in and security and proceed to the waiting area you can not miss the area that suites wait in and there were two ladies at the entrance to verify that you were in a suite
  8. I booked my grandson and friend and they are both under 21 for our cruise we took in June and then linked the booking to ours under the booking order and details. No problem boarding or while on the ship
  9. When you hit the cash out button it automatically loads to your Casino account. I have had issues when I actually pulled the card out and did not hit washout. I had to go back to the machine thankful that no one was on it and reinsert my card to allow the machine time to load back on card. Just hit the cash out button is my advice and it is also tells you where you are at point wise and how much is in your account.
  10. I'm aware but she stated something was posted this morning and I didn't see it
  11. I've looked and could not find that it was posted by him on FB
  12. The fee is the total price, better to book prior to sailing as the Steak House seems to sell out fast along with other specialty restaurants remember on first night you can have a free bottle of either white or red wine (house special). Sorry I have never ordered more than an appetizer, entre and dessert
  13. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, hubby won't take me to NY so I'm living it through you and by the way the gloves worked well in Alaska.
  14. John Heald announced that there would be information coming out shortly with a week or two on the Luminousa looks like she will be sailing from Australia
  15. Mine was for balcony, $500in free play but I have elite offers which I booked
  16. I usually have a good Casino offer My children usually give me as Christmas, Birthday and anniversary gifts. I cashed $500 on our last cruise
  17. I've done 36 cruises and have done it each time.
  18. I take my gift cards to guess services and they have given me the cash.
  19. Sorry don't know specific to Radiance but quite familiar on other ships, dependent upon the ship some will give you the cash others will add the money to your Casino account. If the latter happens you will have to go to a slot machine open a account which is simple to do and you will see a button on the machine that says pay from casino account and the money will be there. I usually do a couple of spins then remove the money at cashier desk. If you use the tables just tell them to use casino account and they will give you chips
  20. I know that Wilmington at one point had something because they brought military equipment back on ships from Iraq thru Wilmington as my husband was temporarily stationed there.
