    Medallion displays are much different than door decorations. We bring our own balloons and haven't had any problems being restricted.

    The best thing is that you can watch it on your phone..... only if you promise to pay attention. 😉😉

    If you don't watch all the current movies that come out on DVD then you'll be quite happy with the ones they present to you on the ship.

    No restrictions so far but there weren't lot of doors decorated on our last trip in March for some reason.

    It must have happened at least 6 times on out last cruise. No worries for the next cruise as we'll not have any package.

    You got to think of the embarkation line being similar to getting a deck chair near the pool in the morning. Early bird gets there first.

    I'll bet that they discussed many crazy ideas to include in their Plus packages before settling on what they have today. Nothing would shock me to see anything like that in the future.

    Of course they wouldn't want people to see how much they're spending- they might cut back. 😜 They make it a inconvenient as possible to keep people from knowing their tab.

    From our past experience they like to charge 2 drinks to one account even if you tell them to charge one to each account. That doesn't become a problem until you hit 15 drinks on that account and they start billing you for the additional. This then requires you to go to the PSD to have the charge removed each time.

    I haven't found one off the ship yet. That must have been a surprise to see it in the water.

    It will, but it'll take years to become a normal pay dining experience. The bad taste left in the mouths of dedicated Princess cruisers who are saddened by the change. I'm still disappointed by the elimination of the BOGO coupons in Sabatini's.

    I suppose you just tell the waiter what you want & they'll make it. The waiter we had just said to my husband, "they no longer have it". So my husband just ordered a banana split, without nuts.

    Yea, that's what I've read. I personally never order one but it's strange why they changed the receipt when everyone seemed to like it the way it was..

    Yes, but that was a cutback to what was a reasonable amount for even some heavy drinkers, not an elimination.

    That's the primary reason why I don't wear shorts in the DR, although I do bring my denim jacket to stay warm every night.

    Even those shorts are becoming more common lately.

    I believe most people are annoyed that they changed their rules about what's included after they booked. Not so much that their increasing prices.

    Knowing how Princess recently treated loyal customers, I think your out of luck.

    I like you thinking. If they're so money hungry not to grandfather people in for the items that were included when they booked the cruise, I'll make my purchases like excursions, merchandise elsewhere and they can keep their room service & pizza at Gigi's or Alfredo's.
