Something similar happened on Anthem. I was at guest services with several others due to wifi issues. They gave all in attendance a day's-worth credit. They were also in touch with onboard IT. The access points (and / or switches) were rebooted and things were so much better afterwards.
Some people geek out about an amazing uptime number, but really, reboot your equipment once in a while. A bi-weekly or even monthly rolling reboot of the access points at 1am won't affect much.
