    I ate breakfast in Coastal Kitchen.. I believe "key" bags are first off the ship, so imo you can walk off whenever.and just grab your bags. We had an early flight, so was off ship at 7:45 and at airport at 8

    I was a suite guest but was talking to key guests as we were being walked off ship. But concierge dud state.."all suite and key, follow me. .

    I believe you can...We had a rep walk us off (Behind guest services) right to our luggage area...

    On Allure in June, The Key guests were walked off the ship with the first group of suite guests.. We meet in the Champagne Bar at 7:45

    Not sure about "The Key" but if you are in a star class suite you do get to jump the line for bummer cars..after waiting in line for an hour, it was finally our turn, 5th in line and star class got to jump ahead of us...Needless to say, they were the most bumped cars that session..lmao...but it was all good

    Off this ship yesterday.. I loved the pools with the sitting "shelf" around the inside edge of the pools ..BUT, I hated the lack of pool chairs in the sun...Most were in the shade.. great ship otherwise, not to big or congested

    Hi, have a friend who just cancelled a cruise and was issued Future Cruise Certificates, are the transferable??i.e could I buy them from her (she does not plan to cruise in future) and put them on an existing booking of mine?? Thanks

    That is incorrect...It is 100.00 change fee per person if you change/move the cruises to a different cruise.. If you cancel outright, you lose the full deposit (250.00) per person..

    We put some OBC on 8/28 gor a cruise in November...,it never posted so I called.(3 weeks ago)..C&A stated it was not on reservation, but I had the confirmations in my hand...He asked for my cc #...nope, that is not going to happen, so I told him to get me a supervisor and I would fax the confirmations to them.. After about 45 minutes, they (C&A) found them.. So call them..

    It is RC Visa Card points OBC..does that matter?? The refunded points woukd still get used, just don't want to lose them if I cancel a dining reservation.

    The new kids water park is also located on surfside...7th deck, but I do not think that will be an issue for me..I love the sound of children laughing...reminds me how good life is..

    All beverages packages are included in coco cay, doesn't matter what type of room..

    As I bartender I would suggest you bring some ones and just tip each bartender you visit a little extra.. Seriously, while you "might" get better service by tipping one bartender big on the first day, you might never visit that bar again or it coujd be a different bartender.. save your money and just tip as you go..
