  2. O has revamped its 2024 Mediterranean schedule to replace ports of call in Israel, Egypt, and Jordan with perennial favorites
  3. It doesn't matter, on all sailings departing after 01OCT 23 every cabin had 2 WIFI logins.....irregardless if you were booked under SM or OLife. We just sailed on Vista and this was the case.
  4. I assumed they were asking about the non suite rooms which as of 01OCT also received 2 accounts but only 1 device logged on to each account at the same time..,.
  5. On Vista our 16OCT cruise, received 2 individual WIFI connections...one device online at a time for both connections so 2 people online with 1 device or 1 person on line with 2 devices..(if your partner will share their connection!)

I don't think anyone can answer that question at this time since SM just started one month ago and so little to base any kind of a qualified response...the updated itineraries have been announced ahead of time, so those booked under SM can adjust their chosen shore excursion to use in the ports that have been added. No one has a crystal ball ....but many will jump in with their theories on how O will screw them.
  7. Prime Rib is no longer offered in Polo but is served in Terrace and GDR several times. Rack of lamb is still there and also in Red Ginger, Terrace and GDR. Lobster is available everywhere.... You will LOVE Vista!

I was just relating my experience from 4 days ago while booking with the O Ambassador onboard Vista - we looked at it both ways.....a 22 day cruise ( 1 booking number/2 deposits) and 2 cruises - 10 day and a 12 day ( 2 booking numbers/2 deposits). She booked as 2 cruises/2 booking numbers. Perhaps the 22 day is not considered a Grand Voyage so that is why it could be booked as 1 or 2 cruises...
  9. I do not think it is up to O but the local authorities....I personally would not risk it, I would fly to Barcelona the day prior and enjoy that beautiful city and board O the next day stress free.....

  12. We just did the same on Vista and were told that the $150.00 fee would only be charged if we canceled the cruise but not if we transferred the cruise
  13. Also, you can eat meals on the outdoor dining area of Terrace and enjoy eating under the stars with a view of the ocean....

We just got off Vista and did the same with the onboard O ambassador.....looked at a Nautica Fall of 2025 cruise that could be booked as one 23 day cruise with 1 booking number, the GV discount and 2 deposits. We ended up booking it as 2 separate bookings with 2 booking numbers thus receiving 2 cruise credits, B2B discount, 2 sets of loyalty perks, 2 AMEX OBC, 2 NCHL stock OBC, etc......we are money ahead as the double OBC perks with B2B discount is more $$$ that the GV discount..

I would ask your TA to provide you with the details....also you can go to your account on the O website and click on "manage cruise" and then it shows your ship excursions paid for, etc. You should have received an itemized shore excursion purchase when you originally purchased the shore excursions. Out TA always forwards this to us so we have a detail of all shore excursions purchased and a break down of how our OBC has need allocated. As far as excursions refunding when a port is canceled, they have always either credited the cc we used to pay for them or reinstated the OBC used to purchase.

  17. That is correct -nothing has changed after SM, both people do not need to upgrade
  18. We just disembarked from Vista today after being onboard since the 29SEP and both people did not need to upgrade....I believe you should have your TA call back and get a different supervisor. In the past under OLife, both people had to pick the same perk so if you chose the beverage package, then both people had to take the beverage package.

    As I understand it is a "quiet" sale and is not reflected on the websites - you can either contact your TA or O and ask about the "value promo"....it is on sailings that are not selling but some great deals

    Be sure and get on the waitlist for the excursion.....we were waitlisted for 3 of our excursions and all 3 cleared.
  21. The art classes are free - only the culinary classes have a fee (to cover the cost of the materials provided). The IT classes held in the Internet room are also free but require signing up.
  22. Yes - they have an open house the first day or two and you sign up then......several of the classes are multi day . Space is limited so need to sign up.
