  1. I procrastinated and waited until a day before final payment so I was out almost $5000 for a few days because I had to pay without cards. I wish Allstate would restock theirs! I am hesitant to deal with AARP again.
  2. I got the same error message that others have reported in this thread, BUT, the funds were immediately debited from my account. Of course, this was on a Sunday. I called Monday and was told to wait 24 hours. Called Tuesday, they said no record of my purchase yet bank was still showing. Said someone would call me. Also filed complaint online which said I would receive a response in 3-5 days. Site went down for maintenance on Wednesday or Thursday. Money was Also filed complaint online which said I would receive a response in 3-5 days. Friday. No one has called or emailed. Site has been down twice for maintenance since then. Think they have an issue they don’t want to address.

  6. I submitted today for May and June 2023. Got credit in my account today! automated email. No approval email.
  7. They usually put these on sale during the cruise! I can’t remember the price, but think it was around $20.
  8. I think it is AARP. They had a problem for me a week ago and the bank debited my money but AARP had no record of it. Eventually, the $$ came back but I am wary of trying again. Disappointed that Allstate seems to be out of stock now.
  9. I would pay for the experience on EVERY cruise. It is so difficult to describe- but wonderful!

  11. I asked to trade the gin for vodka. The stewards took care of it and then the next day the room service attendant delivered 4 more bottles of vodka and some cokes. They all ended up back with the stewards! 😂
  12. Just back from December 17 Comedy Cruise. I was a lucky one and was invited to participate in 360. I blew my expiring credit on a Site for this cruise. I have experienced some phenomenal dinners as a part of my job planning Gourmet Dinners. This ranks almost as high as meeting the White House Chef for Clinton and Bush and spending 2 days with him presenting a dinner and a school program! It was phenomenal. The technology is AMAZING and the food is divine. This isn’t a dinner- it is an experience. It is very ‘Disneyesque’ and each minute is exciting and connected to the last. I was entertained, astounded, and amazed and hope by May it is available as a paid experience so that my family of 4 can attend. I would not hesitate at paying $150 per person as it was such a wonderful and different experience!
  13. It’s a 661 area code. I got the call today for cruise beginning Saturday! So excited. Solo cruise for a short wind-down of old job and get rested and ready for new job!

  15. Queen Mary may or ma not be open yet. It’s been closed since 2020. They keep delaying the re-opening.
  16. Update on my saga with premier changing to plus and losing shareholder credit. 1. did a chat around 3. Finally got an agent, Earl, who told me there was no record of my purchase of premier. 2. Printed booking confirmations from 9/7 and 11/27. 3. Called Princess at 4:00. elected for a call back. Never got one. 4. called and got through to Cooper who told me that adding Premier would change my fare to almost double what I paid. Told me that if I didn’t like it I could call back tomorrow. I am NOT a happy cruiser. He didn’t even say sorry. He said Thank you for cruising Princess……ugh. Why answer the phones if you can’t do anything.

  18. Mine were extended under Cruise with Confidence after having to cancel a cruise.
  19. It is unusual to demand payment from someone who is not financially responsible for the person receiving treatment.
  20. I am so very sorry for your aunt’s emergency and the way you were treated. It seems that the promise of help in an emergency has been lost with the pandemic. Please let us know about your aunt’s condition and also what happens with the credit card dispute.
  21. I have one of those bookings…..a suite! I’ll leave it as it’s probably the only time I can afford it!
  22. I did not know this. Thank you! I’m thrilled. I have 3 deposits in there from cancelled casino cruises so it really is fair……
