On the Beyond, I had gone through the trouble of booking and when we showed up, we were told there were no reservations but Anytime Dining. But if you wanted to be seated in a particular area, you can ask if there is a table available in that location. Just show up to whatever main dining room when you want to dine.

On our cruise, Eden Cafe was open for breakfast on sea days from 7:30 to 9. Eden Cafe was open daily for lunch from 11:45 to1:15. There were 3 items that you had to pay for. The lobster roll was one of them at $14.99. Try the Sunset Bar area for a drink.

I recall the cooking demonstration classes that were held in the Grand Foyer. Recipes were passed out at the end and you got to sample the dishes. Miss those. When I came home, I made one of the recipes: Creme Brule. It came out really good. I also got some great tips from cooking my meal at the Lawn Club. Did that twice before the changes.

Add the last sea day to that when they have this special lunch at the Oceanview. On those days, the behavior of some cruisers is just sad. Hygiene issues, cutting in line, etc.
