Just like everyone else, I had a problem also. I create new password today on my desk top computer and then went to app and it worked. š Oh, as soon as I created new password, I received email saying I could now log in using new password.
Going on a free cruise from casino and wondering if I get C&A points if I don't spend any money on ship. I have been told I have to buy something in order to get points but also told I don't have to spend anything. Help please.
I wish I could have checked in on line, but could not. Had to use the app on phone. Never had that problem before, but times change.
Still cannot print our boarding passes from my phone and of course royals site says

At least the only thing we have to do it our Health check 2 days before cruise. So we are ready to go.
Tables used to have signs on them saying for patrons of Park Cafe. I guess they got tired of people ignoring them. I think those signs were on the same side as Park Cafe but people ignored them anyway.
We never received any email even though we submitted our email. Had just check last week and showed still being processed. That's ok, was surprised and wondered what was in those priority envelopes.š
FYI
Sent our passports in to the Phila. Pa. office on Feb. 27. Tracking showed picked up for processing on Mar 3. We did not use expedited only normal fees. Just got new passports today, April 20. Total of 7 weeks.
