  1. I went in MSC's back office and it looks like its either sold out or they have filled the ship with a charter. My best advice is to call MSC...
  2. You missed the key word "privately" owned, it is a family run business-not on the stock market. The Aconite family owns MSC outright...
  3. Did you know MSC is the largest privately owned cruise line in the world? They are bigger than the "Big Boys"
  4. If you pre-book before boarding it's always less expensive before booking on the ship it's currently $169 pre-booked and yes it was a bit less before-but like all things pricing can go up! $202 on ship is just under 20% more! PRE-BOOK all that you can!
  5. Galveston TX is next-they made a commitment to their port. I think we are about 4 years away for that.
  6. What I am stating is they have two cabins and only one got a upgrade offer-that is what they are bidding for-the other cabin will not automatically get the upgrade if they are successful on their bid..........
  7. The bid should state the cabin number, that is the only cabin you are bidding on.... If you successfully win that bid the other cabin may not use/visit any of the YC amenities.
  8. Everyone in the cabin must have some sort of drink package if you both purchase.
  9. If you have the MSC for Me app, click on profile on the bottom-when it opens the top part of that screen should have your cabin number and experience type.
  10. You also have to sign up for their promotions and offers in order to get a upgrade.
  11. Yes and if not ASK for it!! They will get it! My hubby is a big iced tea drinker and I can't ever remember him not getting it.
  12. I can book into that cruise (TA site) what type of experience are you looking to book?
  13. On Seascape you reserve the shows on the ship.
  14. If you do charge back to your cabin-they are going to take it out of the $250 credit card hold and they may need to authorize another $250. We always take cash in the casino-it helps with overspending!
  15. If you book the Specialty restaurants online-you are booking their restricted menu. If you wait until you are on the cruise they have daily specials...
  16. It will all print out on your e-tickets. Your TA won't see them if you booked through the website and not them until the final e-tickets are printed out.
  17. IF you booked directly please call MSC to do that!
  18. MSC'S computer system has been known to change cabins at will especially after an update (and they just had an update). If you are a TA you have a BDM please reach out to them and explain the situation. I have found my BDM extremely helpful. When this happened to me they were able to right the cabins.
  19. Here you go: For Bookings with the Fantastica, Aurea or Yacht Club Experience, one departure date change can be made free of charge from the time the Booking penalty period begins, as stated in the above cancellation chart, until 30 days prior to departure. Any subsequent departure date change will result in a fee of $50 per person. The new departure date must be within 90 days of the original departure date. Any change to a date that is more than 90 days from the original departure date is considered a cancellation and is subject to the above cancellation charges. Any change made less than 30 days prior to departure is considered a cancellation and is subject to the above cancellation charges.
  20. You will actually book your spa onboard. As far as the Specialty dining-they will sell them on the ship for the same cost-some days they even have specials
  21. Tap water, regular coffee and tea... Milk for children, juice at breakfast usually
