I am sorry that you are going through this. The Yacht Club has been a non-refundable deposit because they had so many people booking it and then canceling, This is a TA mistake that they did not advise you of this. Plain and simple.

You will find that you may spend more time in the kids pool area-its more themed for them! The YC pool is kid friendly but it's just a pool-where the other is an adventure. I've not seen anyone under 4-5 yrs old in the YC sailings we've taken.... Not sure on the baby club...

So very sorry of your situation-losing a parent is so difficult. This is what insurance is meant to be for! Please grab a policy and have peace of mind if anything happens. You are issuing all cabin mates whether spouse or not....

19040 is closest to the elevators and we were in the very front of the ship our last cruise and it was a walk everywhere you go.... I would pick mid YC on the deck!!!

It’s a lovely suite! We were in it in April. The shower is at floor level. I don’t remember about a grab bar in the shower-it does have a bench in the shower. The glass room breaks the wind-it’s not a big deal. The sofa is at the end of the bed-not a huge deal. The room is wider versus longer. The walk in closet was wonderful! Remember you can slide your suitcases under the bed for the week! It’s a long walk back and forth on the ship-but the views and pulling into and out of ports was our favorite! The only reason we didn’t book this suite on the Seascape is we upgraded to a Royal Suite! IMG_3025.MOV IMG_3024.MOV

So what if your walkies were on the same wave length as one of the ships functions... and by a innocent act something was confused and a ship drill for an emergency was activated... MSC has ruled out walkies, prohibited drones on the ships-safety first and above everything else. Your sons walkies will be handed back at the end of the cruise-not probably...

Really your daughter can be a no show at this point at the terminal-the only credit you will probably receive back is the port charges. Not 100% sure on that. The value of your cabin is based upon total occupance-its just divided by 3 not 2 at the time of booking.

There are golf carts for the YC-you can have lunch at the YC restaurant-ask to sit outside in the covered deck area-its lovely!

You should put your phone in airplane mode otherwise you will get a large cell bill.

#1-not enforced around the ship. But dinner should wear long pants for men/collared shirt. Women nice casual dress. #2 Not 100% sure-but you will probably have to be off the island by 9 pm wish-they may open after that. Then you can go back on the island in the morning #Butchers Cut and Hola Tacos if there is one on that ship! Ocean Cay has great seafood
