  1. Meanwhile the Seascape got 100% in February!
  2. This will be corrected ASAP as angry execs will enforce actions! I guarantee there will be a new PHS officer on that ship!
  3. IMAGINE you go to the Drs office and all of the patients scheduled throughout the day show up and demand they be seen now-its pure chaos.... MSC didn't schedule you without reason-there is a reason for their madness and I hop they start enforcing embarkation times.... The line queues would not be so bad if everyone just showed up at the scheduled EMBARKATION TIMES!!!!
  4. Have they filled out the special needs at sea form? If not, please do that for them as it asks about wheelchair assistance and mention you need to help them settle....
  5. Just imagine your Dr's office opens at 8 AM and EVERYONE from the entire daya appointments shows up at 8 AM-it's chaos... Same holds true here-they just didn't schedule a certain time for giggles.... Yes other people show up early-some are denied and told to go outside and wait, others are permitted to go up to the holding room and wait for your group number to be called... If you have to show up early try around 1 pm when most of the crowd that truly were scheduled at the earlier boarding time has processed....
  6. I can answer the YC question but not the Ceclo.... Ive seen them online and also wondered about them.... Answers: Also yacht club related, I’ve seen that umbrellas are included in the yacht club beach area, what about the floating mats? You would have to rent them, they are not included in the YC
  7. Yes they should be covered.
  8. The bidding process is done by an independent company (RCL uses them as well), you may not find out until two days before your cruise if you won the bid. MSC will not have any winning bid information until the bid was accepted and then it takes a few days for MSC to get it..... I just looked at the back office of MSC's travel agent site and there are no YC available. Good luck on the bid!
  9. I routinely book MSC for clients, yes they are a bit different for the back office and sometimes a problem occurs. I feel sorry for your TA if they won't help you with the cruise of YOUR choice. I just don't understand that the of customer service-they are working for you!
  10. The original poster is from the US...
  11. Kids sail free is usually for a certain sailing period and can also be on a certain ship. It's not as liberal as one may think. You will ALWAYS have to pay port taxes on a cruise for kids no matter what the promo is.
  12. You can add status match for future sailings, but they will not retroactive that to a past sailing.
  13. This will probably help...It's on the TA website. It will be printed with your e-tickets as well. MSC-Travel-Insurance-Details-2022_en_US.pdf
  14. We submitted my husbands on 2/5 and he just got his yesterday-it was just a renewal though.... Good luck!
  15. I would call MSC to get it worked out. You will get an e-ticket that includes your boarding pass and if they dont check in online you will not have that boarding pass.

    Venchi?

Pre-COVID you used to be able to get gelato, crepes and drinks. Sadly no more!

    Venchi?

Venchi is a third party contractor, they do not include any drinks in the packages.
  18. I can see YC available on the Travel Agent site-there are at least 25 cabins YC available
  19. Your name must exactly match to your reservation-if its typed in Caps-type it in caps!! Otherwise a call to MSC is in order.
  20. A third party operator does the bidding process for the, and Royal Caribbean, it is not reported to MSC quickly. It usually take 3-4 days.... As far as notification we found out 2 days before our cruise-others up tot weeks for the notification... MSC won't know until they are notified-so calling is of no use....
  21. I am not bashing just asking you to do a fair comparison...
  22. There is a huge difference here of 2500+ people. Its not apple to apples. Its also not a fair comparison as to make up of the make up of the guest nationalities, NCL is mostly domestic customers, while MSC has a 65% foreign make up. If you want to do a fair comparison please pick the same size ship with similar guest make up... Have a great sail on NCL the Pearl is a great ship!
