  1. Maybe we should start a petition for John Padgett's removal? I think his time at Princess has come to an end!!!
  2. Yes, I just heard from someone onboard. The 18th cruise is officially canceled! PR disaster!!! 🤷‍♂️
  3. What date? What Ship? Have you looked under the Princess Roll Calls for your cruise?
  4. You do not need to wait until turn-around day. You can book days for the second cruise on the first day of your first cruise. We have done this many, many times.
  5. This happened a few years ago in San Pedro as we were boarding. An off-duty law enforcement officer "forgot" to leave his weapon in his car before boarding the ship as a passenger. He was allowed to store the weapon in his car and boarded.
  6. Have you been to BA before? It is a beautiful city with amazing European influenced architecture. They must have taken you through the "wrong-side" of the city.
  7. On our recent TA on the Enchanted this past Nov/Dec, we dined at Sabatini's twice. We had great dinners and service. The menu is the same fleet wide. As far as the Crown Grill being booked-up on the app, call the "Dine Line" as soon as you board as they always leave space for onboard bookings.
  8. Good to hear! We still have not downloaded the new app. Since our next cruise is not until April, we are going to wait until the old app is taken off-line. 🙂
  9. We have seen this a few times when the Sanctuary Cabanas were not sold out. They moved loungers from the Cabanas to create more regular bookings.

  11. FWIW, the correct name for these cabins is "Reserve Collection" mini-suite. It was (and still is) confusing when Princess changed the name from "Club Class."
  12. I recently heard the same from a very reliable source. 🤔
  13. This will cause some to scratch their heads! 🤣 Google it!
  14. Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your voyage! We also are big fans of the Sanctuary. Unfortunately, as it has been explained to us by several HGM's, the space is not large enough to accomodate pre-cruise reservations and they feel that the current system is the best case scenario for the venue. 🤷‍♂️
  15. BTW, Welcome to Cruise Critic! I do not believe that would be an issue for the wait staff, they are accustomed to having large groups.
  16. Unless you personally know a Maitre'd (now called Director of Restaurant Operations, DRO) and have their contact info, the answer is no. Once you are onboard, you will be able to make the request. Enjoy your cruise!
  17. That's why I never leave home without a couple bottles of Cholula!
  18. Gracias! It was taken this past March in San Telmo, Buenos Aires.
  19. ??? We need more information to be able to address your concern. Are you looking for the Roll Call or trying to book a cruise? What ship? 🤷‍♂️
  20. Enjoy your cruise and the Sanctuary (our favorite spot on any ship!).
  21. We just love the sea days! We have been on at least a dozen Hawaii cruises out of LA, at different times of the year. Being from the LA area, we have also vacationed in Hawaii many, many times, so the 4 port stops on the cruise are not an issue for us. Aloha! 🌸
  22. On our long cruises we mix it up for lunch. One day it's sandwiches at the IC, one day the Grill, one day it's pizza, one day we order off the Sanctuary menu, and of course on port days we almost always enjoy lunch in port. We rarely have lunch in the MDR. 🤷‍♂️ Sorry to see you cancel. If it's the March of 2026 cruise on the Island, we are on that cruise too.
  23. Here's a short video from our visit to Volunteer Point this past March. 20230311_120708.mp4
