Woe, I can't keep up with this thread - Great job!! The issue with Food Republic lately that I have been reading is that they changed the menu on The Escape. Lobster Rolls are the big thing missing. I personally was hoping for them myself when I sail her, but I think I am out of luck :( Does Food Republic have them on Bliss? While you're there, please see if they exist anywhere. Thanks so much for your review. I love following your adventures.

I was wondering that too. You barely see any people in the background of Doug's pictures. Especially on the pool deck, but maybe the weather was bad.

It is weird. We literally intentionally/unintentionally copying your cruise schedule as newer cruisers. Escape in March 2017. Dawn March 2018. Namely due to District BH and Robert Mondavi WB. :wine-glass::beer-mug:

First glance of Q... not my choice of music, but GREAT sounding venue and Camille Rae sounds great. Much more appropriate use of space as a live-music venue.

Doug, these reviews are fantastic. Better than an hour long Travel Channel documentary. Thanks for the work you are putting in to this. For so many of us this really helps us decide our vacations. I love your (and your lovely wife's) passion for cruising.

I’m ocd, and have followed this sailing like a mad-man for 15 months. I believe we’re sailing with right around 700 of the 2100 cabins vacant.

But I will say this... from what I’ve seen, the pool deck and observation lounge are GAME-CHANGERS for crowd-control on BA+ ships. I’ll try to capture the magnitude of the OL, but it’s absolutely incredible in person. It’s honestly time-consuming to walk the whole way through.

Heading to early-sleep now, with our balcony wide-open and the crashing of hull waves coming every 5 or 6 secs. I’m looking forward to less-responsibility ahead!

Our trip on Dawn this time last year was influenced by 'DougOut's review of the newly refurbished ship:D:D

I bought a 360 degree camera based on Doug's recommendation in his Dawn review. I've used it like twice. The guy can sell anything.

I second that - I have that cabin reserved/booked for 6/2019 Alaska cruise and I'm dying to get a glimpse of the balcony and to know if it is loud in there due to the theater;) below......
