Princess survey

We just returned on Saturday from our cruise and was surprised to not have a survey waiting for us in our email. Is Princess still doing these?

we've sometimes gotten it the morning we leave the ship...other times, not at all...

On a couple of recent cruises we did not receive the survey. The folks we cruised with had theirs waiting on line for them. I called Princess and there has been some form of disconnect.. They actually had a special line that was handling the non receipt problem. You are not alone.

A couple of months ago I got it and completed it while waiting at the airport about half an hour after disembarking. Mike

Off the Crown Princess 6/2 and surprised to have not gotten it. First time.

Check your junk mail folder. After our May cruise, I was surprised not to see the survey in my inbox. Checked my junk mail folder and there it was!

Off 6/9. Arrived in email in a few hours.

Yes, they are. I got one the same day as embarkation.

We got off the Caribbean Princess on 6/16/18. The surveys were in my email when I returned home.

Yes. Goes into my Junk folder. Have you checked yours?

Yes, they are. I got one the same day as embarkation.

I usually get one the same day as debarkation.

We disembarked Royal Princess yesterday and surveys in email that day for my husband and I.

I checked my junk mail and it is not there. Best bet will probably be to call Princess.
