Rare Vict0riann Posted December 22, 2017 #10 Share Posted December 22, 2017 Thank you, Kathi, I hope to be here.:) 82 degrees and cloudy - it looks quite nice in Fort Lauderdale. I have booked my "Waves" for January 3rd and 14th. I'm set to go! We'll be on our balcony on deck 6 (2 decks over the last or second to the last lifeboat). Are you doing something on the 4th, Kathi? Rare Scrapnana Posted December 22, 2017 Author #14 Share Posted December 22, 2017 All 6 ships have 1600 sailing time so whoever is ready first will go.:) I am surprised that none of them have changed with only an hour until sail-away.
Rare Scrapnana Posted December 22, 2017 Author #15 Share Posted December 22, 2017 Are you doing something on the 4th, Kathi? No, we are not scheduled to depart until after dark (8 pm) and for the last four years the Amsterdam has not left on the WV until 10 or after. Having watched most (maybe all?) of those sail-aways, the webcam person has not followed the ship so I don't think there is any point in asking for a wave.:(

Rare rafinmd Posted December 22, 2017 #17 Share Posted December 22, 2017 Another Baltimore Symphony concert so I won't be able to stay long. Hopefully I'll see a couple of somebody's ships leave before I must go. A bit of an odyssey today. All the ships that will be with me on January 5 are sailing today, Serenade, Pacific Princess, and Westerdam. Roy
