RCI has one thing in common with HAL

So wandering over there I found a thread where folks are not happy with new website and also having issues.

GEE it is a SPRING THING or what? Has all the websites gone mad? I mean many of us follow March madness basketball but who wants to have March Madness on cruise websites.

I don't know - I just booked my first HAL cruise in 14 years and it worked well for me. That hasn't been true of the RCI site the past few weeks.

That might be the only thing in common.

It's been 4 years since I've sailed RCL, so I don't have recent experience using the website. HAL however, I have to re-enter my booking number, every time I log in!
