ms Zuiderdam in Port Everglades October 22, 2017

Zuiderdam will be at pier 26 (starboard alongside) disembarking passengers before heading to drydock in Freeport. The Port Everglades Vessel Traffic board is showing her leaving at 4 PM (1600) local time but they also say she is headed to Half Moon Cay:confused: so that may or may not be the correct time.

Also in port are Carnival Conquest, Carnival Splendor (which is scheduled to sail for Miami at noon local time), and Allure of the Seas.

Looks like an afternoon long port watch. With Splendor leaving about noon and Zuiderdam's leaving time consisting of 'when we get everything and everyone on board - we leave' it should make for an interesting afternoon.

Rotterdam will repeat the procedure on Tues the 24th as she also goes into Freeport drydock before heading for her winter home berth of Tampa.

We sail on Nov 5th, first cruise after dry dock and hoping for very few kinks :)

Zuiderdam now scheduled for 1400 - 2 pm.

According to the port schedule - she arrived a little after 4:30 this morning in PEV.

You can tell they are putting equipment on board Zuiderdam, see how high the cranes are stretching/working above the top decks.

Too bad there is not a zoom so we could see the process in more detail.:(

All the pax are waiting in Miami, I'm surprised they even gave one toot. Doesn't appear to be much large traffic in and out right now.

Maybe they were waiting for her, seems to be more lining up on the radio now.

It's nice to see the Zuiderdam back in PE. Last time she was there we were boarding. It will be interesting to see what changes come about during the drydock. I will be watching the sail away at 2. Thanks for the update on the time.

I think I heard 1430 - 2:30 for Zuiderdam. Reconfirmation - obviously.

Zuiderdam now on FLL - SE. Either raining or foggy south of FLL.
