Problems with Carnival website?

Is anyone else having difficulty? it seems everything I try to book is sold out?

Yes. I'm trying to book two cabins and can't choose any balcony except a cove balcony or a balcony on deck 7 and a suite. If I switch back to just one cabin, I can choose any balcony type, but only on deck 6. I know they have deck 7 available from trying to do 2 rooms, lol.

I dislike their new booking engine.

I'm glad it's not just me, I've actually lost the cheap flights I had my eye on now too due to not being able to book a cruise.

It won't let me in to view excursions on our upcoming Alaska cruise.

It comes and goes.

I can't add my husband as the second cruiser and I can't make payments. I need to add my husband and I want to pay in installments, but I can't :( . The new site is not very friendly.

Carnival continues to try and improve their booking engine, but continue to only make it worse. :mad:

I've been having a problem for the past week or so with the whole site just shutting down. Can't even research the cruises, much less try to book. Had to call a travel agent!

I've had issues with it as well. Since I'm already booked, it's not a big deal, but it is annoying.

For the past week or so trying to use the search engine, either for possible future cruises or mock booking to check pricing and availability on booked cruises, has been frustrating.

I haven't noticed a difference in functions of Manage my Booking, other than excursions are displayed differently.

Every time I look or make a payment...the cabin bedding arrangements get switched back to 'twins'. I keep changing every time I see it. At the bottom, it also shows TBA passengers, but shows names properly in the detail area.
