Happily@Sea Posted March 18, 2018 #5 Share Posted March 18, 2018 I wonder what time Key West really is - last 2 published times have been wrong. One [yesterday] left an hour earlier and one [week before] left after sunset - though both were to leave at 5 pm. Of course with Key West - it could be the weather - since they have no tugs available for use. Anyway, I plan to be here trying to see them all. :D

Happily@Sea Posted March 18, 2018 #7 Share Posted March 18, 2018 An additional watching opportunity - at 11:45 Silhouette will be arriving from Miami and going to pier 29; Pearl Mist will be leaving pier 26 at 1pm. Silhouette will be leaving at 7pm. All of this is according to port schedule.
Happily@Sea Posted March 18, 2018 #8 Share Posted March 18, 2018 You should see Silhouette backing down ICW - with all that little boat traffic. Maybe they need those icons from the war that they put on planes - for those shot down - these would be for stupid boat captains not paying attention.:eek:

Rare Vict0riann Posted March 18, 2018 #17 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Whenever I see those little boats getting too close, I think of an occasion here when a small boat raced in front of one of our ferries and didn't make it in time. They said it was "suicide by ferry", but you have to wonder.
