Updates for Allure Concierges

 

I spoke with Dexter Fraser this morning. This is the information he gave me.

 

Right now:

Dexter Fraser and Jeremias are in the Suites Lounge. And a new person named Angel is in the Diamond Lounge. Cleon Fraser is NOT onboard.

 

Dexter goes home on October 4 and returns on November 29. The day Dexter goes home, Ana will be back (October 4) in the Suites Lounge with Jeremias, and the new person, Angel, will be in the Diamond lounge (and will be for the transatlantic).

 

There is another person's name in the Allure Concierge on the spreadsheet. Dexter has never heard of that person.

Looks fine to me, Dex leaves 10/4 and returns 11/29. His Fraser is misspelled in the 2nd column. I wouldn't notice probably, but it's my last name, too.

Just off Vision. Patricia Dcosta is the concierge and I believe will be onboard for 5 months or so. I must say, she was simply the BEST concierge we have ever had. She was so social, worked out issues, escorted us to tenders etc. but it was her smile and service that shined. She never sat at her desk... Was always getting drinks, filling appetizers, checking on issues, and sitting with guests. She is a treasure! We were so impressed, we are looking at booking again on a ship where she is concierge in the future... Just to see her! Outstanding!

Where is Israel (I think that was his name)? Few years ago he was on Voyager and then moved to Oasis I think. I don't see his name now. Some loved him. Some didn't.

Israel Sanchez left Oasis in June to take a position as Concierge at the May Fair Hotel in London.

Since Israel left, is Allan still on Oasis?

 

We took the TA on Serenade, Mario was back onboard but working in Diamond lounge training Francisco, a very nice guy. After the TA, Mario was moving back to the concierge & Francisco was on his own. They were expecting a tremendous # of D, D+, & Pinnacles for the next several cruises. The guy who had been working concierge, Gamma from Mexico, was not well-received because he didn't seem to like the job or even want it.
