If it is Patrick, he's very sweet and efficient. I found him to be somewhat soft-spoken, but he knows his stuff.

I'm excited if it is too. We were on the Star last year and he was the Concierge there. He was great!

The only thing I've heard is that Alain Mangier is the HD, but I don't know if that's now permanent or just a fill-in as he's done in the past.

It's my understanding he is the permanent HD on the Dawn. If NCL keeps to their normal routine, he'll be on the ship approximately 3 years with time off for vacations.

According to reports here, and the pre-cruise concierge desk coordinator via e-mail, I've been told the concierge for the 1 Dec sailing (and presumably yours) is Roel. I've read nothing but good things about him. :)
